Your airline staff are not allowed to accept tips.  Small gifts are always appreciated though!  Particularly in these trying times, when airline staff are getting picked on from all angles, please be the one to treat them with respect and kindness.  You don't have to buy their goodies from us.  You could get creative with handmade treats or gift cards.  Goodies make you stand out much more than the 45th guy who asked for free upgrades, erroneously thinking, "It can't hurt to ask"!
